Chapter 4 Dream
The process lasted for half an hour, and Alvin did not wake up, just lying quietly on the ground.
Alvin suddenly opened his eyes, and then was surprised to find himself lying on a bed, not in the dim stone room, but in a familiar scene.
Alvin looked blankly at the young girl in front of him, speechless.
It turned out that he had just had a dream.
"You're finally awake, are you alright?" The young girl in a pale blue dress asked Alvin anxiously, her large eyes full of tension. "Alvin, do you remember me?"
Alvin said strangely, "Of course I remember you, Ellia. Why would I..."
As he spoke, Alvin looked around and found that he was actually in his own home.
"I was not in the stone room at the bottom of the lake before," Alvin thought, feeling very strange. Then his thoughts were interrupted by Ellia's words.
"The uncle asked you to pick the blue pearls, but you didn't come back for a long time. He wanted to go find you himself, but found you passed out at the village gate, and brought you back home to rest. You've been unconscious for three whole hours, and it's already dark outside."
It seems that I somehow returned to the village and was brought back home by the uncle to rest. Alvin pondered, then thought of another thing.
Alvin's eyes flickered as he looked at Ellia and asked, "Since I'm resting at home, what are you doing here?"
Ellia's face flushed, she averted her gaze, seeming a little embarrassed, and murmured, "I... I just felt sorry for you and came to take care of you."
Alvin looked at Ellia and gave a warm smile, saying softly, "Thank you, Ellia."
Ellia slightly lowered her head and said softly, "You're welcome."
Alvin felt a change in his body, and he felt like he had gained some unusual power. He decided to thoroughly explore the secrets behind this mysterious experience.
"Ellia, I think I need to find out what happened to me at the bottom of the lake," Alvin said seriously.
Ellia looked at him worriedly, "But won't that be very dangerous?"
Alvin said firmly, "I'll be careful, and I feel this may be a turning point to change my fate."
So Alvin embarked on a new journey to seek the answers to the secrets at the bottom of the lake.
